Monday nights on the YES Network from 8pm to 11pm ET appears to be dedicated to Arsenal programming, including Arsenal 360 @ 8pm, a game replay from 8:30-10:30, and Arsenal World @ 10:30pm.

I only picked up YES when I switched to FIOS service a month or so ago and stumbled across this the other night (replay of Arsenal/Chelsea).  I checked the guide and sure enough, next monday both feature shows are on and sandwiched in the middle is a replay of this Saturday's game against Birmingham.

Arsenal 360 is mostly match recaps with analysis from former players turned pundits -- Stuart Robson and someone else whose names escapes me at the moment -- while Arsenal World is more a feature show with player interviews, a themed "Top 5", etc.    I'm rather excited because I don't get FSC in HD yet, so I may do my best to put off watching the games (and avoiding the internet) until Monday nights.
