Arsenal World Cup open thread for Friday, June 25

At 10 AM EDT:

  • Portugal vs. Brazil: these two teams will in all likelihood be Group G's two representatives in the next round.
  • North Korea vs. Ivory Coast: Ivory Coast can still go through with a 10-goal swing in goal different between them and Portugal.  So...

At 2:30 PM EDT:

  • Switzerland vs. Honduras: if the Swiss can win this match, they could go through to the next round.
  • Chile vs. Spain: a game that could see a hundred goals; hopefully Cesc Fabregas gets to play again.  Both teams love to attack, which could open the door for the Swiss.

Enjoy the matches.
