Arsenal World Cup open thread for Friday, June 25
At 10 AM EDT:
- Portugal vs. Brazil: these two teams will in all likelihood be Group G's two representatives in the next round.
- North Korea vs. Ivory Coast: Ivory Coast can still go through with a 10-goal swing in goal different between them and Portugal. So...
At 2:30 PM EDT:
- Switzerland vs. Honduras: if the Swiss can win this match, they could go through to the next round.
- Chile vs. Spain: a game that could see a hundred goals; hopefully Cesc Fabregas gets to play again. Both teams love to attack, which could open the door for the Swiss.
Enjoy the matches.

Eboue had an Eboue-esque game
"We're investigating the investigative procedure of the investigation of Tony Bernazard"---Omar Minaya (he really didn't say it but he would"
even though I watched the other match
I somehow know exactly what you mean.
