so after all that talk from redknapp about how Arsenal should field a stronger team,
He goes and fields a second-string team of his own.
rednkapp
before the game said carling cup is not a major thing for him. he needs to stick with his story.
eboue does that thing better than anyone
where he looks like he’s going outside, but then drags it back inside and immediately jets up the pitch
I am 41 years old and think avatars are for 8 year old kids and that was a protest when SBN 2.0 started up
(it’s actually the cover of Smell The Glove)
Exactly!
When SBN 2.0 first started up avatars were mandatory, and avatars are dumb, so I tried to find the least avatar-ish avatar I could find.
There is now a new contender for worst commercial of all time
Thanks, English feed, for showing me the UPS’ “That’s Logistics” commercial.

If it's your meeting you should reschedule
if it’s not, there’s got to be some sort of emergency that will come up.
Now if he can figure out how to score in a league game, well be all set.
Captain, there are doubt's...
are they chanting about DVDs?
legends every single one of them

Although,
this strategy of leaving keane unmarked in front of the goal is a bit suspect.
Captain, there are doubt's...
It's actually "ole"
and it’s funny as all hell especially when you lose count of how many times it happened. I lost track at 19.
dammit i'm at work all day I could do nothing except read this thread
Gotta get me a replay of this when I get home….
4-1 to the Arsenal, you tottenscum!

He was fine, didn't have a whole lot to do
Didn’t exactly thrill me with the Keane goal but otherwise he was perfectly acceptable.
rec'd for nearly making me laugh out loud at work.
By the way Ted, did you know that you can rec a post by clicking “Actions” and in the drop down menu hit “rec”? Enough recs and a post goes green to indicate lots of people liked it.
and speaking of which, I was referring to Ted's "+1" posts
No need for the Sarchasm
According to the Guardian
if this scoreline holds it will be Arsenal’s biggest win at WHL since 1978.
Take THAT Tottenham
"We're investigating the investigative procedure of the investigation of Tony Bernazard"---Omar Minaya (he really didn't say it but he would"
Thanks everybody for this thread
Great to catch up on what went on while I could (being at work and apart from any video/audio/commentators).
Lighthouse Hockey: Trying to reconstitute the Hogue-Turgeon-Thomas line from NHL 94.
Yeah same for me
I only saw the score on my phone until I could get home and read about it.
Didn't get to see it but love the win
Despite the fact that we sent out an uncharacteristically strong side for us in the Carling Cup.
I don’t expect to see Nasri/Vela/Denilson starting too often. The fact that it was a derby matchup and his touchline suspension might have made Arsene decide to loosen his young players policy for this one match. Hoping to see JET out there soon.
Thanks for the thread -
couldn’t get to the pub for this one, so I’m glad to read along!
Up the Gunners! And suck it, spuds!
24 is clearly the most perfect of numbers.
