Chamakh in I WANT OUT crisis
Marouane Chamakh says if he doesn't get more games he'll probably leave in the summer. Well, OK then!

Chamakh in "I'm not any good crisis"

I write about the Arsenal for The Short Fuse.

Can't blame him
He’s 27, supposedly the prime of his career.
It’s hard for him. To get any confidence, he needs to score goals, and you can’t score if you don’t play.
Of course, when he does play, he’s rusty and kind of crap.
AAARRRRRRRSSSSSHHHHHHHHAAAAAAVVVVVIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNN!
Dream goal!
Fair enough
He’s not doing anybody any good on the bench and with Arsenal out of the Carling Cup, I don’t see how he’ll see any playing time.
He's not happy, we're not happy. Time to let him go.
We need to pick up a new high class striker anyway, especially if we’re not sure about RVP’s contract situation.
SBN Bloglist:
The Short Fuse (Arsenal, EPL)
Sactown Royalty (Kings, NBA)
Agreed
1. Sign RVP to 5 year deal
2. Deal him to Madrid if he’s not going to sign
3. Sign someone flashy with the bazillion dollars
4. ???
5. Profit
If van Pesie leaves
He’ll be a good player
If he stays, he’ll be a legend.
Unfortunately, legend does not pay well.
Now with mustache guarantee!

Hey, a fellow Nole/Gooner
I was so excited when we signed Chamakh. He was what we needed, strong in the air, really attacked the ball, and wasn’t injury prone. I guess he just couldn’t cope with the English game. Or, I guess we could have played Bedntener as a striker as opposed to winger, thereby avoiding the need to sign Chamakh at all.
Oh well, bring on Podolski I guess….
"I spent 90 percent of my money on women and drink. The rest I wasted!"
Meh.
I like Chamakh, but I don’t think our style of play is suited for him. Not like he gets a ton of crosses to attack when he does play. Right now I feel like our style of attack revolves around, van Persie, and not in a ONE MAN TEAM CLUB IN CRISIS kind of way but in the sense that we seem to want a technical center forward with great movement, as opposed to someone to hold up aerial balls and score headers ala Chamakh.

Send him to...
FC Dallas. We’ll loan trade you Brek Shea during MLS off season and we’ll get Chamakh during your off season. Surely he would dominate in MLS and build confidence?

Never saw this coming. Oh wait...
Dear Marouane, please review all of your chances last season when RVP was out, and you had Cesc and Samir to feed you the ball. That’s right, we didn’t see the ball find the net then either.
may addition by subtraction be real
but we did for a month, and then it dried up in a snap

he just roundhouse kicks the ball out of the park.
