I write about the Arsenal for The Short Fuse.
Lived there for 4 years
Fun city as a student, not so sure otherwise. Lots of pubs, which I sorely miss on this side t’pond
For as much as I detest their major soccer team I actually don't hate the city itself
I’ve only been there a few times but I have definitely been to worse places in England.
Add that to the back cover of the tourism guide
“There are definitely worse places in England.”
“Far crappier times can be had elsewhere.”
“So much more than a bad football club.”
Lighthouse Hockey: A flute with no holes is not a flute. A Dane with no holes is Frans Nielsen.
Leeds: At least we're not Sheffield!
Leeds: Have you been to Luton?
Leeds: Come for a day, stay for what seems like a lifetime!
Leeds: You might not get stabbed!

They do have the Royal Armouries Museum.
