The winger's chest injury will keep him in the hospital for a little while, suggesting that it's more than just a bruise.
Well, the news on Theo Walcott doesn't sound too good right now from an Arsenal or England perspective. After he got clattered by San Marino's goalkeeper five minutes into today's World Cup qualifier, the Arsenal man had to be taken to the hospital for examinations of his injured chest. Now it looks as if he's going to be there for a while:

Sam Wallace of The Independent points out that Roy Hodgson is pretty concerned:

There is still no diagnosis about the injury, but staying overnight at a hospital for a chest injury suggests that Walcott sustained possible broken bones, and broken bones around the chest area could present a number of issues.
