As what I've done in the past with EPL fixtures being posted on late notice, if there's a substantial amount of people who miss posting predictions, I just go ahead and void the week for everyone as to keep it fair. I understand we all have different schedules, some more hectic than others as it's been a pretty rough semester for me compared to years past, sometimes I just have a hard time either finding an hour or so to sit down and do this, or I just completely forget sometimes.
