Potential Arsenal target Klass-Jan Huntelaar has signed a two year extension with Schalke, thus removing him from the big whiteboard in Arsene Wenger's office that says "WHO DO WE WANT TO SIGN". Hopefully they will catch and fire the intern who wrote "Johnny Fartpants" at the bottom of the list, because that's just juvenile.

Arsenal are still in the market for any number of players, though, so while this is a minor annoyance it doesn't signal the end of Arsenal's transfer window ambitions. Hopefully.
