I don’t know if I agree with the move of not scrapping everything we can get from the GOAT Arsenal player.

He isn’t under contract to Arsenal, he’s under contract to MLS.

The opener is 2 weeks after the spurs match that’s not just showing up. He should already be match fit especially for the MLS and his role on the NYRB.

Whether Arsene thinks it's fair or not is irrelevant
Arsenal don’t control the player. MLS does. And MLS doesn’t want one of their prize assets running the risk of getting hurt while on loan somewhere. Match fitness is important but so is training time with your team.
