So I don't know if you've heard, because this doesn't get a lot of press, but the NCAA holds a men's and women's basketball tournament every March. I hope someday they come up with a clever name for it, otherwise it'll never get popular...anyway, I haven't filled out a bracket in years, because I don't follow college ball with anywhere near the intensity I did 10-15 years ago; it's probably still one of my favorite sports to watch, but I don't follow any one team with any degree of seriousness.

But still, I love this time of year - college basketball, baseball spring training, the NHL getting close to the playoffs, getting to the business end of the Premier League season, MLS starting up...this is probably my favorite sports time of year. Plus, the weather is getting better, which is always welcome.
