Here's your bitter rivalry match thread. COME ON ARSENAL
The lineups are out, and here they be:
Tottenham Hotspur: Hugo Lloris; Kyle Walker, Michael Dawson, Jan Vertonghen, Benoit Assou-Ekotto; Moussa Dembele, Scott Parker; Aaron Lennon, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Gareth Bale; Emmanuel Adebayor.
Subs: Friedel, Naughton, Gallas, Carroll, Livermore, Holtby and Defoe.
Arsenal: Wojciech Szczesny; Carl Jenkinson, Per Mertesacker, Thomas Vermaelen, Ignacio Monreal; Mikel Arteta, Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey; Santiago Cazorla, Theo Walcott, Olivier Giroud.
Subs: Koscielny, Rosicky, Podolski, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Coquelin, Mannone, Gervinho.
So, Spurs elect to start the out-of-form Scott Parker over the more, uh, form-y Tom Carroll or Jake Livermore. Aresnal, for their part, keep Lukas Podolski on the bench and roll with Santi Cazorla out left. Jack Wilshere will play the attacking midfield role. Looks like Wenger rolled with option B.
If Arsenal need a late attacking sub, it's going to be Podolski, Rosicky, and Ox, most likely. If Gervinho comes on...there will be frowns.
